Refund policy.

When a payment comes back to you, and how to ask.

Unused purchases: a full refund within 14 days

If you haven’t spent any of the credits from a payment — a plan’s month or year, or a credit pack — you can ask for that payment back in full within 14 days of it. The credits it added leave your balance.

Once credits are used

A payment whose credits have been spent isn’t refunded. You never pay for a book that fails: if anything goes wrong while a book is made, its credits come back to your balance by themselves, and you can try again.

Plans

  • Cancel any time from Manage plan on your Account. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and its credits stay in your balance.
  • There is no refund for the unused part of a period.
  • If a renewal went through that you meant to stop, and you haven’t used its credits, we refund it within 14 days.
  • A yearly plan follows the same 14-day rule. Cancelled later, its credits keep arriving every month until the paid year ends.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with your order number from the receipt. Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record; the refund goes back the way you paid, and can take a few days to show on your statement.

Your rights

This policy doesn’t limit any right the law gives you as a buyer.
